• Items must be returned within seven (7)days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

• Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
• Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
1. Return Shipping:
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item(s).
• Please include the RA number on the outside of the package when returning the item(s).
1. Refund Process:
• Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet our return policy criteria, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Please allow seven (7) business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
